We can take your application at the time we show you the
home. We can also get your information over the phone, but before we can process
the application, you will need to sign the application. The fees for processing
the applications are $15.00 for a Single
application or $30.00 for a Joint Application fee to cover the
cost of the credit and criminal reports. If your rental application is approved,
the Application fee will be deducted off your first months rent. You can also pay it by
