On January 1st of 2000, I gave up my career to become a stay at home mom. It has been very rewarding! I volunteer at my children's school any chance I get. For those that know me I have always had a heart condition, congenital. In 2000 I came very close to dying because of an infection that attacked my heart. I am currently diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure and am monitored for Renal Failure. I take several medications a day just to be able to function somewhat normally. I would love to hear from old friends and maybe even make some new friends. We never know when our time is up, I intend to use mine to the best of my ability.

I joined the Army Reserves right out of high school. After my training I met and married an active duty soldier who then whisked me off to Germany. We spent nearly 5 years there during which I had my son Larry. During my husbands first deployment I was able to attend the 2004 Alumni Band and I had a great time!
